I fully agree with Mr. John Alexander & Ms Shweta. But don't know how such matter shall be taken up with the concerned authorities & follow up shall be done. I also faced such problems 3-4 times in past. more

I disagree with Mr. sushil Choudhari. The concession on medical grounds has to be abolished. It is easy for people to get a letter saying that they have this problem and keep getting concession for their lifetime, even if they are not seeking medical intervention. When a liver transplant sets you back by lakhs of rupees, you want concession in the subsidised travel. Any form of medical treatment is expensive nowadays, so I don't think there is any need for concession for travel on medical grounds. In my opinion all forms of concession should be abolished. Concession should be given only to the poor people of the society which needs to be identified through PAN/Aadhaar once they become fully operational. more
Now a days none of the VIPS travel by train as suggested by mr shyamlal seats must be available to normal passengers more
Why do railways have to keep so many berths for vips and the like. A few seats for emergencies can always be kept and all others should be available to regular passengers with out any frills. more
I WOULD LIKE TO ADRESS A SERIUS PROBLEM IN RAILWAY CONCESTION ON MEDICAL GROUNDS, A PERSON SUFFERING FROM KIDNEY ETC IS ALLOWED 50/75 % FOR PATIENT AS WELL AS ATTENDER,BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE PERSON SUFFERING FROM LIVER PROBLEM LIKE CLD,ESLT ETC ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LIST.MY IDEA IS WHEN THIS LIST WAS MADE LIVER TRANSPLANTION WAS NOT INTRODUCED IN INDIA. KINDLY TAKE UP THE ISSUE WITH CONCERNED AUTHORITY . more
