I fully agree with Mr. naveen Batchu. So many class 4 Rly employees are misused at different states of India. The Govt. should take immediate action to stop this misuse and punish the senior staff of rlys. who are misusing the manpower. In several ways the railways is using lot of money of man hours like this. Everybody aware that there is corruption from top to bottom in railways. As Modi himself cannot resolve all problems of the nation, his ministry should be strong, fair and result-oriented. At present, the Railway Minister's son himself proved unfair and misleading people by controlling the media. Initially, the Minister defended the act of his son. Now, the court issued arrest warrant to the rly minister's son. Such ministers should be dismissed by the Prime Minister, if the Prime Minister is encouraging fair practices by the citizens in the country.

i observed at Hawrah station during cleaning - one person came and took attendance of all cleaning staff; few started water supply; few started cleaning; one person sprinkling disinfectant; one came with a form inspecting if cleaning is done. Even I show for track maintenance - four person pushing trolley; 4 sitting on it who will see boulders should be on proper place; two taking flag on both the side. I think no private employer effort this type of over manpower use more
