I had purchased few products from Amazon.in. On receipt of the product I wanted to correspond with them due to faulty products, excessive charges, delivery charges etc and my efforts were in vain as they do not have a toll free number or a mail id. i received mail from them that my product will be coming on so and so date. I replied to their mail and the mails bounced altogether. The products they had not sent in one lot and I was to go to post office for each piece. Initially they told free delivery for the purchase of so much amount. Where as the product came from different places and they charged for each delivery as delivery charges. There were six pieces for car accessories. So I do not know what to do with the damaged / defective products. more

Usually when you place an order on any online portal there you will find other options also like cancellation, change of address or return etc. Please go through carefully because some websites deliberately position such option in such a way that an innocent buyer finds it quite difficult to locate. I have never purchased any item from Amazon because in my opinion their rates are at higher end. more

The offices are located in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore. People are asking for the contact details of Amazon India’s Delhi based office. But there isn’t any office located in Delhi. You must follow below mentioned contact details to contact the offices regarding complaints, suggestion, feedback, shipment, products, order tracking etc. related inquiries. Modern life has become so sophisticated n un-ethical. Better to keep away from this system n lead a simple good old life. Simple direct shopping is always better. more
Regarding Amazon's service, I completely agree with Miss Poorani P. Even my experience with Amazon is great. more
