a) AAP needs within its ranks better cohesion and a purpose led approach to effectively manage massive change agenda. The leadership must make itself more aware and educated towards this objective. How ? By periodic, issue based referendum ,expression of public opinion and more importantly its immediate translation in to action charters..take a leaf out of French politics here. Be warned that failure to do so result in tremendous gaps in plans and programs or words and action. we don't want chaos..afterall you can't have monkey running the zoo!
b) Just as well and critical need is for the AAP to enunciate and inculcate a distinct political ideology and a body of people driven ethos and practices which define broader goals and overriding philosophy that would enable AAP to be of enduring value and continued relevance. How? By inviting common people to chronicle their experiences and expectations from Party. Engagement s the key. more
