Dear Mr.Ravindranath It appears your problem is of recent origin. If your overweight or obese specially Central obesity reduce your body weight otherwise No therapy or Medicine will help you . If you are standing for long hours try to sit and give rest to feet frequently in between. Practice VAJRASANA daily for 20 minutes if you find difficult start from 2 to 3 minutes initially.Soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes before you go to bed. more

hello everybody.. Dear kunjar..... before going for any alternative therapy..u need to know the cause of symptoms.... according to ur complaint stated...suggestive of preliminary diagnosis....PLANTAR FASCITIS...... Since cause could be due to ur footwear or extra wt[obese]body caarries...... at our heel side the bone called calcaneum carries by everyday walk...stress.... due to which nerves surrounding to it gets painful.....though since it has more fascial coverings around.....swelling not possible to detect..... advise:: -change the footwear..have soft shockabsorbent footwear.....should have soft cushioned type.. -simple medication just pain killers u can have to reduce swelling and tenderness... -if possible take a half bucket of mild warm water and immerse foot in it and have movements of foot in all direction which will just softened surrounding structures.... -AT night whenever u sleep keep ur foot elevated, placing pillows down under..by elevation it will reduce the pain too.... NO NEED TO WORRY ON IT.....IT JUST SUBSIDES WITH TIME..... if still nothing happens with above measures, which is hardly a case....then surgery is indicated......fascicotomy..... thanks.... more
