I have been travelling worldwide for last 15 years. It would be my plessure to provide few suggestions towards the betterment of Indian Railways which are as follows:-
1. Security at Railway Stations - It has been noticed that inspite of several police force in railway stations, security is just for name sake.
SUGGESTIONS
AA) Restrict the access of non travellers in Railway stations e.g. (like Metro Stations)
BB) Provide Ticketing Counters little away from railway stations.
CC) Each compartment of train should be planned to fix with portable seawage tanks and a procedure to clear in stations so that stations can be kept hygenic and clear of any odor smell.
RESULT
AA) Better Crowd Management.
BB) Better Security & Safety can be provided at railway stations.
BB) Easy tracking of suspected person.
CC) Railway stations can be maintained neat and tidy. more

Not to compromise with quality and standard selecting the Lowest qutation should be stopped. Some minimum rate fixed for that perticular work. Geniuneness of the contractor should be ensured . There should not be any sub-contract system. more
