I tried all the ways
I had tried consumer court there also my experience was not good. the magistrate will give first preference to the case who is having advocates, for common people only next date. in consumer court I spent around 5 years without any output. during my last hearing first time Judge refer my case and read some papers, after that he discard our case and said he can not admit this case.
To say these few words the judge has taken 5 years. this is the way our literate and designated responsible people working.
At the end of the day you get number of Negative experiences which will force to you became unenthusiastic or negative approach.

Do not say it loudly, you may be charged under contempt of court - the draconian rule to punish ordinary people who oppose to their judgement. In fairness we do not need any judiciary at all. The country will be well served. more

When a product is defective irreparable by the seller/manufacturer he should immediately refund the money,but the consumer has to approach the Consumer Court for Justice.A case of a Laptop bought in 2007 and after the company HCL agreed to refund the amount and the consumer agreeing they did not as their some legal head had changed and did not wish to.The consumer goes to the District forum of the Consumer Court and is granted an order favouring the consumer stating the amount paid by the consumer to be refunded with interest from the date of purchase BUT with malicious thinking the company did not refund or comply with the order and appealed to the higher court.In the National forum the lawyers big big had some influence and handshakes with the judge presiding and thus the order was turned down stating that the customer should have gone for 2nd advice from a outside repairer whereas the repairer stated that parts are given by the manufacturer.Even in this process of years of Litigation Toshiba had opened their own service department and on going to them the reply was that since years eight had passed and the model has become obsolete they were in mo state of doing anything.A re-appeal was filed in the National commission to review his order but it was the same judge and he dismissed the revision appeal.NOW TELL ME WHAT SHOULD BE DONE.The minister was informed,the chief justice was informed,the PMO was informed BUT they did not have the courtsey to acknowledge What a shame more

that is reason why i have decided to expose judicial lapses in wikileaks and while doing so i am not interested in punishing the erring legal professionals but i am planning to post there family tree in wikileaks and most of legal professional sibbiling would be either studying or working in abroad and once we release there family tree with the credentials of there parent and in abroad the credentials plays an vital role not like india where chors are treated as great person and once when we relase these credentials naturally the sibblings of those professional would visa would either temproarily or permanently cancelled this is my last option i need your support more

'JUST REGRET HAVING BORNE IN THIS COUNTRY' is not a solution sir. It is we who make the country and not the country which make us. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Bhagat Singh and so many others like them were also borne in this country, served the country during all odds,sacrificed their life for the country and made it independent. We have to fight with all means and liberate our motherland from these rogue and greedy people. more
