I want to draw the attention of the residents, concerned authorities about the internal roads of almost all the sectors in Faridabad. The owners of house put concrete on the space between boundary wall of their house and metaled road. Sometimes the level of this concrete platform is raised than level of road. This practice is causing various problems as per detail given below 1 Rain water is not harvested thus causing depleting of water table 2 Water is accumulated on road , which causes pits in road surface and mud on concrete road 3 The aesthetic look is disturbed , the uneven berm look shabby . 4 This causes the parking of cars on metaled road and causes traffic jams. this is due to our own fault and ignorance, . This portion of katcha portion can be safely layered with tiles without cement, this will solve all the problems. we should also educate the residents about this and municipal authorities should also take care of this

Actually people responsible for these repairs do not travel on roads so they can not know that roads are in bad shape. Also our MLAs also do not travel on these roads so they are also ignorant. Another thing, all people responsible are also residing around us, they may be our friends, relatives, but we keep mum. Why everyone wants government job ? Good salary with Amy responsibility . So, I blame ourselves. more

in our pocket pucca slabs have been placed but residents are replacing them with concrete platforms . All objections by fellow residents bears no fruit . We will have to educate residents and municipal authorities should also take note of it. more

The issue pointed out is correct but municipal authority is guilty in this case as they have left both sides of the concreted /metalled roads blank without filling up these places properly endangering vehicle movements ca using accidents at some stretches and putting life and limb of people walking on both the sides especially at night. They should have been filled up with loose soil as soon as concreting works are over. more
