Dear Laxmi, you have to start right from your home! you go through the site of mudra loan. find out the conditions of eligibility for this loan.(here you must find out the facts) after completion of home work and preparation of clear business plan , you meet branch manger of any govt owned bank, most probably you will get a negative reply from branch manager. if so, than type 3 applications(in two copies) for mudra loan, for different 3 banks. and submit these applications to different banks, and get receipts, duly signed by branch mangers. in second copies of applications.. if any branch manager refuses to receive your written application than send it to that bank, by speed post through post office only. with a covering letter, that the branch manager is refused to receive it, hence sending it via speed post. now wait for 15 days, if your applications are not replied than send a reminder again, attaching xerox copy of your first application, on which either receipt is signed or speed post receipt is pasted. again wait for 15 days, if anything not happened than go to banks, where you have applied for loan, and discuss verbally. if still you are unable to find any loan, than complaint can be made in the site of mudra loan. with the scanned copies of receipts of your application. things will happen fast after making a complaint. more
