I was a member of EPS 95 scheme of EPF and got VSS in May 2002 (the PSU company got wound up). The age at the time of retirement was 47 years and hence was not eligible to draw the pension (meagre). I got scheme certificate issued by the EPFO after submission of form 10D. Can some member enlighten me now how to go about in getting pension order released from EPFO, Delhi and what are the procedural formalities to be completed. EPFO is totally unresponsive to the mails being sent to them despite our PM priority of "Digital India". more

You can approach the Regional PF Office under which your firm was listed. There you can apply for pension & need to provide Bank account details alongwith other information. The PFO would then further process your application under intimation to bank. more

For claiming your pension, apply in form 10D along with Scheme certificate and with a covering letter to your concerned Regional PFO for claiming pension after attaining the age of Super annuation. The PFO will issue pension. more
