i was at BINA station to catch Sabarmati Express to Lalitpur, We reached on time and get queued in ticket queue for a second class ticket..
A very responsible person sitting on other side of the counter seemed very genuine and Giving tickets to every person very slowly and silently.. The only thing i was worried that he was giving ticket to everyone not even thinking weather queue is being followed or not, many of old age persons and ladies was not too good to fight for tickets in such conditions, so they were just in queue waiting for their turn to come anyway.
almost after 20 minutes.
Suddenly a person entered in the room from his back and gave him some papers and a bundle of notes, he stopped giving tickets and started working for that men who's work was not even important and urgent (as per my understanding), suddenly everyone started panicking thinking that their trains are going to miss..i was one of them, i requested him to stop that work and give tickets others so that we can catch our respective trains...he simply ignored us. every one was requesting the same to him but he acted so irresponsible for almost 20 minutes, many of people left queue without tickets and may have boarded their trains, that could leads to financial and repo loss to indian railways or loss to those passangers in form of some fine/penalty.
Due to festive seasons it was too messy and crowdy which should be taken care by Railway police to make sure everyone is in queue and getting tickets on time.
