ICU bed shortage eminent

Attached is yesterdays data for karanataka for covid. Seems like icu bed shortage is now the reality. Was anyone here for there family/friends were able to find an ICU bed? more

Given that the cases are on rise, CBSE schools are asking parents to send the students to school . Though the initial order is for doubt clearing only, but understand some schools are planning to take classes and circulars issued that the student has to be in school for 4 hours ,though they claim all SOP's are in place. Secondly, understand CBSE schools in state are planning mid term exams in school soon. Are the children mentally prepared to write exams? Secondly, the burden is on parents to drop them in school, and be there till the exams are over. The Ministry of Health and Education must take cognizance that children mental well being is important than conducting mid term exams for Classes IX to XII. What are the schools trying to achieve? more
General Public, BBMP and the Government are all equally responsible for this disaster. The people do not want to adhere to the basic guidelines set by the Government like wearing masks and maintain social distancing etc. The Government does not want to increase the testing centres, get the test report in less than 24 hours, will not take action against hospitals for over charging. And finally BBMP which is full of bandikoots are there only to fleece and loot the public by way of bribes. more
Bangalore covid 19 cases are going up as public is not bothered as well as BBMP is not doing its duty properly..Covid care centres shut down for want of patients as patients prefer to stay home...Why patients avoid CCC because facilities were not provided properly... unhygienic toilets , poor quality of food, and mobile not permitted ( patients may expose BBMP)... In rest of the country, CCC is working nicely...It's corruption more
If persons with some specific ailments do not take care of themselves from catching the covid virus, why complain about the number of ICU beds? more
Isnt there an availability of data flashed every day on Beds, ICUs,ICUs with oxygen, Ventilator facilities in all districts . The beds availability should synchronize with the increased incidences and Testing for COVID 19 . And the availability details should be available on a day to day basis . And it should be flashed digitally . Karnataks being the IT hub and Silicon Valley of India should make the best use of it .Otherwise there is no point. more
