NaMo government must urgently review that the present VIP security system. Unnecessarily huge revenue of over Rs.1200 crores is spent for "protecting" large number of worthless politicians. Most politicians don't need such protection, unless they are afraid of voters for having failed them. more  
Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Domestic Violence Act has been a major source of harassment for husbands, brothers, sisters, father and mother of husband. greedy girls and their parents misuse this provision for getting husband and in-laws arrested for forcing them to concede huge alimony settlement, demand immovable property. More than 99% of the complaints eventually fail, or are withdrawn after settlement. This has become a tool of blackmail. Delete or at least dilute this provision and protect men. more  
As CM, Narendra Modi was opposed to VAT and GST. Now that he is going to hold the most responsible job in the country, he has to fit himself to this job and do his best to bring into operation Goods and Service Tax. It is a modern and transparent method of indirect taxation. Central Excise duty, which is outmoded, outdated and full of harassment to tax payers must be discarded. This is matter in which he will get support of Congress also for constitutional amendments. more
