IDEA STORE ASKING RECHARGE FOR AADHAAR ADDING.
I, Ramesh Kumar Mudiraj have received a SMS from IDEA CELLULAR ' Government Order:Link Aadhaar with your mobile number. Please visit Idea stor, below Tourist hotel, Kachiguda Station Road, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana State with Aadhar number' .
I went to the Idea Store at Kachiguda - The store person are demanding a compulsory recharge for adding Aadhaar particulars which is against TRAI guideline. I asked for complaint book which they cannot provide. I have given a complaint on a plain paper stating that this is against TRAI guidelines.
The Govt. Of India made this Aadhaar enrolment for mobiles which is free of cost and the IDEA STOREs are exploiting the people at large. The TRAI should penalise the IDEA Stores accordingly and all wo are forced to recharge for enrolment should be given back the amount with interest plus penal charges if any. more

sir, as you are staying in Hyderabad better visit idea main shop near LB stadium. My wife did it with out any problem. also you can lodge a complaint there and insist on speaking to the manager of store and ask him to call kachiguda office . I am sure you get justice. In my case now i am staying in a small place called tanuku, i did for my vodafone with out difficulty. But for my telenor they demanded 10rs. I said no and they did it. But i paid 10rs to them because the store person has to spend nearly 1 hour to get connected because telenor is stupid and it never get connected more

Even I felt so and talked to the Vodafone office in my area. He only said that if you do not link it in the stipulated period, you may be penalised. A local recharger told me not to respond to phone calls but wait for an sms. So far I havent received it. I am of the opinion that since the PAN is already in their records, giving away my Adhar no. will be like submitting all my details to the point of feeling insecure! more
