why we need number of rail employees in one coach doing different jobs. the TTEs should do these jobs alone as he has lot of spare time. this is seen abroad where on Eurorail on London-Paris route the TTEs do all the jobs, including the cleaning of toilets. today even in State Transport Buses in many States in India, the Driver does the conductors job and the conductors are eliminated, leading to econoy in expenditure. more

exactly Attendents in 1st, 2nd, 3rd A/C in particular.They are acting as officers, some of them looking after their own business (i.e) collecting parcels,covers etc at all stations and delivering in other stations as directed by the parties who paid amounts to them only.In this episode the A/C mechanics also playing to the tunes of the coach attendents. more
