If Kirana Shops start giving Bills, will entire Supply Chain do the same ?
If Kirana Shops (small grocery shops) start issuing bills for every purchase, will the whole supply chain (distributor, dealer, middlemen) start issuing bills / receipts ? Is this possible ? more

Check the duplicate bill books. All the bill books should be checked at random. Special staff can check when a customer leaves a shop and see whether the Cash/Bill is issued or not. The sellers should be warned that if a customer is found without cash/bill he will be punished for that. The government is for the people and needs funds to run projects in the interest of the public. I hope people would understand that this is not that government ministers who had been eating public money but of honest ministers who would spend every paisa of public money for the public. Before people would say why we should pay tax when this will go in pockets of the Ministers and now they can be confident that the tax they pay would be used for the people in general. more

If we as member f public start asking for bills, they have to give. The Govt can ensure a helpline where we can complain about Kirana guys not giving bills. more
