..chances are you may be blocked from giving your reviews on the product or the website.
My experience: I bought a RemiNote 4 on flipkart during I-Day sale, and using the cellphone for a ten minute call, realised my earpinna was singed and was stinging for a few hours. I wrote this to Redmi seeking a refund or an exchange, but there was no provision for either. I rang up flipkart call centre and was asked to check the battery parameters but I couldn't make much of it. I then tried to send my review on flipkart's page for Redmi cellphones, I was given a message that I was barred from accessing that page!
That demonstrates how credible the reviews are - the good and bad - on these websites. I suspect, for I have no means of ascertaining it, that these reviews are mostly tilted to reassure a visitor to go ahead and buy, and not delay deciding. Understandable they want to sell, but the means are unfriendly to buyers.

Please go to MI site and try and register the complaint there. Consumer deptt should have a website to register such complaints and these should be forwarded to site for resolution. If resolution not done to satisfaction of customer within a period of 15 days then site should be asked to compulsorily take the item back and refund amount to buyer. Non compliance by site should result in huge penalties being imposed by consumer affairs deptt. more
