IFB & IFB Service Centre Magic Services MG Road - Cheating Customers & fudging Data
This is my 10th complaint in last 2 years (Machine comes with 4 year warranty).
Since they come do something and get it running for few days, i had resigned myself to the fact that IFB is a poor product and maybe i wil have tol change to another machine after warranty gets over.
But guess what, this time for my complaint registered on 14-Jul-15 which was acknowledged by this mail "Dear Customer, against your recent call a Ticket is generated i.e Ticket 15985056 and the Technician will visit Shortly." nothing happened, so i called again on 18-Jul-15 and also wrote on their site i again got this response -
"Dear Mr. Shantanu,We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have also escalated the concern to our branch office to have it attended.
Again regret the delay and inconvenience caused.
Regards,Glivena Vaz, IFB Customer Service"
Today on 22nd Jul when i called, i was told this complaint was attended to by Magic Services their service center on MG Road on 20-Jul-15. When told that no one had called from IFB let alone visit and rectify the complaint, i was told that's what Magic Services (some called Raman or Amarendra) had written on their end and closed it.
This is the heights they go to... they think that by taking money and fudging data, the service center is cheating IFB, and IFB is cheating the customer.
Who is going to take responsibility ????
