IFB - Poor After Sales Service
Since last over one week it is not working.
I made a complaint. For two days, no one attended the complaint. On the third day, someone called to say that he was coming in about one hour. But he did not turn up. I complained again. Next day. Someone came, had a look at the machine and told us that the PCB needs to be changed. He will get the PCB and change it.
On the next day, yet another mechanic came. He told us that the previous mechanic could not understand what was to be done and he has come to re-examine.
This mechanic also checked and told us that the PCB needs changing.
For over one week the washing which is in warranty is not functional.
When one complains to their customer care, they say that they cannot help.
This is a very poor after sales service.
I hope someone from customer care is seeing this, and does something about these state of affairs. more
