Illegal lmmigrants since 1970 uprising against east Bengal government and post liberation subsidence of this immigration is to be noted as a historical fact. After Avami league s victory many pro Pakistani elements are under scan, attack and a large number of cases of sedition have been booked. From this period Isis /alquaeda fundamentalistic elements have been active and are carrying out attacks on the law abiding tolerant citizens. Mass migrations started after conditions deteriorated economically and to escape many subversive elements also have crossed in to India to hide.The large volume of fake currency note saying printed in Pakistan is finding its way in to India via Nepal and Bangladesh. Now it has reached a peak .It is difficult to identify repatriate illegal Bangladesh citizens. It's time to carry 100% issue of ID with biometric data to the border villages to isolate and stabilize the local population .The border forces of India must prevent smuggling of money,narcotics ,arms and fugitives. Mean while a big campaign must be started from all states to round up for verification and isolate true immigrants and fugitive to weed out and arrange large scale repratriation.and to cancel all welfare cards ,photo ,bio data recording for data base. Earlier Bengalies moved out of Bengal to adopt various respectable professions like doctor, lawyer, administrator, teacher etc. Regrettably, for last decades due to political bungling in West Bengal not only education was suffered but also unemployment and poverty mainly in rural Bengal surged. Many migrated outside Bengal to fetch ordinary jobs of maids, servants, daily labours, rickshaw pullers. Unfortunately, all such Bengalies are branded as Bangladeshies and harassed and swindled by not only police and touts but also even by public. Ofcourse, Bangladeshi migrants are there through India but among the poor migrated people who ever speaks Bangla shallnot be termed blanketly as Bangladeshies. Hindians (the more equal Indians) are also there in such professions in many Indian states though their home states were not bartered for independence. more

just to share my observation in Delhi NCR: majority of the garbage collection work is done by Bangladeshis. Some house maid and helpers are also common. The local police is aware for sure as there are incidents when the police personnel have been caught red-handed taking undue favors from them. It is not the political parties alone creating this situation. Those who are responsible at ground level to control and report the illegal migrants in the area : The Police and the residents are also culprit. more
