Illegal Online Pharmacies?
Netmeds, pharmeasy, 1mg, medlife arent these pharmacies illegal in the current law.
With so much foreign capital these investors are basically forcing them to scale business while Indian law doesnt allow sale ot medicines without prescription. Chemists are loosing volumes.

They are mushrooming and we do not know how far they are following norms - Some check should be there more

Netmeds, pharmeasy, 1mg, medlife etc. are a little less illegal than your neighborhood chemist. Most neighborhood chemists will sell you meds without prescription. When buying meds from Netmeds, pharmeasy, 1mg, medlife etc you need to upload prescriptions to their website. more

one should not jump the gun and paint all online pharmacy platforms as fraudsters. they ease the process for many people especially old people who cannot go to the retail pharmacies to buy essential medicines. They deliver on time and also at the doorstep which is very helpful. more

They are not online pharmacies, but are platforms. All medicines are delivered by pharmacies in the cities, who had tied up for the same. more
