Illegal sale of crackers

The delhi govt has banned crackers but we know they are available through illegal channels. Has there been some hotline created for people if they find people bursting them in their vicinity.

Or do we just call 100 police? more

As Hindu we are after our religions only .Crackers cause air pollution but when farmers burn the residue of agriculture than can any one stop certainly NO. Hindu can put pressure on Hindu only .Burning of crackers for one day that too few hours has so much effect on environment. But can traffic jam in Delhi town, water logging on roads, long road constructions be time bound or stopped which are not time bound but still we accept it. Than why Crackers burning so hazardous think as Hindu . more
