Illegal working men’s &women's hostels

Hi, I have come across lot of illegal constructions of working men's & women's hostels in and around Gachibowli & Madhapur area of the city. The hostel owners start their business in residential apartments. These people are utilizing parking & common area for preparing food. They are also using terrace area for drying clothes & other purposes. GHMC is not taking any action, in-spite of giving several complaints. Families staying in & around these areas are affected a lot because of them.
Any idea, whom should this be escalated to in case GHMC is not responding? more
