Immediate Priorities-Summary
Immediate tasks suggested
1. "National Senior Citizen Welfare Scheme" that takes care of economic and physical security of senior citizens initially in urban centers and later at non urban centers
2. "MSE Quality and Marketing Support Program" to enable global competitiveness for the MSEs
3. "National Health Assurance Program" with an end objective of "Health Assurance for all Citizens of India" through health insurance from different sources keeping the budgetary burden to the minimum
4. "National Netizen Welfare Program" that takes care of "Security" and "Prosperity" of Netizens (Users of Internet, E Governance, E Commerce) in general.
5. "National online employment exchange" focussing on creation, distribution and management of jobs both online and offline
Each one of the above are expected to be "Comprehensive Schemes" which need to be developed properly with proper identification of beneficiaries, a cost effective mechanism to manage with independent and self sustaining funding sources.
More discussions are required to develop the policy documents. Some of them have earlier been discussed in my blogs at naavi.org and aifon.org.in and could be developed and refined. more

Ideas seems to be good, but it needs lot of capital to be infused. We need to find a way around where we bring in more capital, invest and generate it back. more

we took long time to take power from congress and now new government have to change entire constitution and all old style British rules and regulation then only government will be able to do changes. new leadership will change this more
