He is not dependent on us -
we are dependent on him.
He is not an interruption on our work -
he is the purpose of it.
He is not an outsider on our business -
he is a part of it.
We are not doing him a favour
by serving him -
He is doing us a favour by giving us

Things have changed in to-days; concept. No more the traders feel obliged of a customer visiting their premises and shopping their needs. On the contrary, customers' behaviour displays their obligations towards the shop owners for giving a chance to shop with them at their (shop owners) demanded prices without bothering for market competitiveness. more

Lack of a proper social security system people are bound to feed themselves resulting people venturing into antisocial activities. This is not restricted to snatching, looting, decoity etc., but misguiding people in general by way of false advertisement with the intention of making profit. Today liabilities are on sale such as car loans, housing loans, personal loans, overdraft on salary accounts, loan against gold, etc. Our resources have fallen in the hands of wrong people who are mean-minded self-centred. more

गांधी के सिद्धांतो को अब सिर्फ दीवारों और कागजो पर ही देखा जा सकता है वास्तविक जीवन मे तो उन्हे नकारा ही गया है । किसी शायर ने लिखा है -'गांधी का कत्ल आम सभा मे नहीं हुआ ,गांधी का कत्ल लोक सभा मे किया गया '- गांधी ने कहा था की आज़ादी के बाद कांग्रेस को समाप्त कर देना -माना ? गांधी का नाम भुनाने को खान परिवार ने अपने नाम के आगे गांधी लगाना शुरू किया और प्रयोजन देश को ठगना ?गांधी ने आज़ादी के लिए विदेशी सामानो का बहिस्कार किया था आज विदेशी सामानो का उपयोग हमारे बड़प्पन का परिचायक है ? ठीक वैसे ही आज कस्टमर को कास्ट से मारने का चलन सभी सरकारी/अर्धसरकारी विभागो मे है जहां गांधी की तस्वीर लगी रहती है ? more

India has been a victim of shortage economy. and manufacture had been product focused. Customer satisfaction was no where into consideration. As competition and options come into market the value of customer will go up. Otherwise customer was meant to be exploited, cheated and otherwise taken advantage of. more
