If I may add, The Supreme Court has also said that the Police will not involve anyone who takes an accident victim to hospital for questioning or can compel them to be a witness etc. Second point. I have found the SMS online complaint facility from train to be useful and I had utilized this service on a couple of occasions. And the response is also pretty quick and fast. Thanks to Raja Sahib for all the additional information. more
