Let us suggest to form an interface committee of social workers per one lakh population area-wise for each public utility system like Jal board, electricity, DDA, police, health, education etc., who could catalyse solutions through interfacial mode with public and the government departments. My suggestion is just an ilustration and a broad outline. We need to develop detailed execution or business plan for each category. Such mohalla committees may be headed by AAP leaders. MLAs and leaders from other parties can also join in this mission. In case of judiciary, we need to strengthen jan adalat with honest and efficient body of jurists. Let us revisit the Jahangir and Pandian kings method of fair and fast adjudication for innovative approaches. more
