Odd/Even running of vehicles is a good experience in reducing vehicular traffic and pollutants in the environment. This should be now a regular feature without any exemption of female drivers. The confusion, if at all is there is only in the mind. more

Odd Even should have been implemented. Though it may cause inconvenience but vehicular emmission is also one main cause of pollution. Metro fares should also be brought down. more

it is a good idea as there is less traffic. alternate days you drive or take public transport. more

Mathur Sahab....I agree with in toto. Except Police, Ambulance, Fire Service, Milk Van, Vegetable Vans, Nobody........repeat NOBODY should be exempted from odd even program. more

I don't agree. I guess we don't miss those times when we valued public transport - college days I mean. Things looked cool then but as soon we became something, it's not possible for us because we may not be able to wear a skirt in public transport. Students ko bolte hai apne bag ka bhoj nai utha sakte toh life mein kya karoge but jab vo student executive banta hai toh laptop kaise leke jaye public transport mein, ye bhi ek task lagta hai toh vo executive apni gadi pe jata hai and CNG mein pick up acha nai hota, shaan se petrol pe gaadi chalate hain. Help karne ke liye kabhi kabhi inconvenience feel karna padta hai varna koi kheer thori hai jo thali mein parosi, khali and tareef kardi. Hum sab superstar jaisi life jeena chathe hai but those stars are doing a lot more on screen and that require guts. So when we can't or not ready to do extraordinary then why can't we enjoy the ordinary? Government ne CNG Auto shuru kar diye but so many of us use our own cars to even go to a market close to their house. Delhi ke traffic ko dekhkar mera toh mann he nai karta ki apni gaadi bahar nikalo. I am planning to sell my car, let me know if any of you interested to buy. Petrol car, bought in 2009 Wagon R LXI, and just drove near 10000 KMS, that's it. Because I am not a good driver and Delhi traffic sucks, everyone is always in rush to reach, overtake, wearing a seat belt is treated like this - abey yeh kaun lagata hai and then we blame traffic police that they ask for money. I guess corruption, at times, is good to teach lessons but voi haina, ek ke peeche hazar chal pade and sai galat ka faisla karna mushkil ho gaya. We are condemning odd-even, I guess we should encourage zero private transport and I am sure most of you will not be happy with this one too so odd even would look a better option. Something is always better than nothing. more
