Improving Coolie Services
Coolies will keep on fleecing as no option is there. The only solution is that (a) Govt provides ramps on all stations as soon as possible so that we can pull our strolleys. This way coolies will be there only for the real needy and their tariff should be controlled by railway helpers at the platforms employed for this purpose of helping commuters. The coach no must be indicated in both sides in side all the coaches . Now a days in most of the trains we can move from coach to other coaches. If a traveller gets in the last compartment he can find out the correct compartments if the coach number is indicated inside the train. more

I request to the railways minister and authorities to lengthen the Platforms to accommodate another 24 compartments/bogies/coaches and fitted with TWO powerful engines. This will help the passengers to travel with reserved ticket and railways can make profit . This will clear extra passengers. Railways need not run extra trains. more

In Reservation Coaches from CHENNAI CENTRAL going towards Kerala is always crowded with open ticket passengers and season ticket holders without giving berth to advanced reserved ticket passengers. Railway authorities must take action against this. more
