Improving the important and prestigious trains like Rajdhanis and Shatabdi and others.
As peer my experience till date it has been noted that though the train is named a very prestigious like we said above but if we look deeply in the services the situation is not up to the mark. In addition to the above it has also been noted that the food, served in such trains are not hygienic and not as per the passenger choice because food should be as per passenger choice. IRCTC should take care about the same and the quality has also be taken care. more
Food is not up to the mark and cleanliness is also not good and in toilet water is not refilled after some stations when it gets over and then it starts stinking since people go there but since no water is there hence it is not poured .It should be made mandatory for trains to refill say after 20 stations at some station where it stops for a longer time . more
25 years back I was traveling from Howrah to ND by Rajdhani 1AC. My co passenger ordered fish with dinner and asked the attendant about the quality. The attendant replied in the negative and he deleted fish from the list of items. Being regular passenger, the attendant was known to him. This was the level of quality even more than 25 years back. more
