In my opinion all consumer courts, Central Administrative tribunal and other tribunals including trial courts are den of corruption. The majority of lawyers are the agents of judges to collect slush money. There is a delay industry. the courts/ tribunals keep giving adjournments for money and delay the cases some times for 20 years or more. Then declare that the criminal can not be punished because the witness could not remember after 20 years as to what type of shirt the criminal was wearing at the time of crime and the benefit of doubt goes to criminal. Bravo delay/adjournment industry in courts/tribunal. more

Govt. should make a mobile for informing about complain about any thing i.e road , pollution , polluted smoke by vehicle , police check post , mining , heavy vehicle without back light without reg no without indicator , vehicle with filled animal road encroachment etc ,,,,, because every common man always afraid by doing complain with system , why afraid every one knows so be serious ..... more

In all cities like Gurgaon the STP water is compulsory for construction but that water is not fit for health etc ( Not complete treated ) so people are using the bore well water through tanker , and the STP water is only for showing the record ( only paper work ) so NGT should make the guide line for STP and should check rendem the STP sample , because all guideline only for paper work not for practical ....... If you have heard about RAIN WATER HARVESTING then you feel a better filling about our system , but as I think we are going in wrong direction , all guide line by department we transfer the rain water to ground water upper strata by bore well , but by mistake or any reason the polluted water mixed with Rain water and finally with Ground water so we spread the pollution by mistake , 100 percentage foolproof system is impossible , so I think NGT should make the guide line for making lagoon not the bore well , for example strata of water polluted near to SUGAR mill and DISTILLERY , so do it quickly other wise all water would made polluted by such way ... be serious about it .... more
