In Recessionary Markets, Does Corruption Increase?
When times get tough like they are right now with squeeze in jobs, earnings, while fuel and other expenses are going up I think there is more pressure on everyone.
Don't you think corruption and dishonesty increases when there is less and everyone is after the same pie?

if you can speak loud and clear publicly that the job is being delayed only for bribe, you will be surprised how this will be done promptly as people do not want them to be painted dishonset for what so ever reasons. more

You hv a point... But bribe taker also knows that due to paucity of funds available in the market , people's capacity to pay has also reduced .. Also one looks at the return on bribe -investment ... Not an easy answer to your question.. Again it boils down to the need of bribe giver .. more
