Inaction and Related Corruption
A lot of corruption in India is related to inaction, some of it of very high magnitude. Allowing the wrong practices, businesses, illegal activities to continue, holding back a decision/action and not taking action. As a result, getting bribes from the beneficiaries.

There is no need to list out the areas wherein corruption exists. It is in every ones' knowledge including the children that in this country corruption prevails everywhere and in every walk of life. But the government's sincerity on eradication of corruption creates doubt. The people in the present government used to curse the the previous government on a routine manner for not being sincere & serious on appointing the Lok Pals. This government has already passed more than three & half years but not on a single occasion it had talked on the issue, which indicates its sincerity and honesty on the subject. Under such a scenario, what is the point in discussing thereon at regular intervals? more

Corruption is rampant at RTO and registrar offices. Judiciary and police are also. About politicians not mentioning is better. more

So many movements and things are started by our governments..(Central and states) but no movements to eradicate the corruption. All know that its the only thing which has least effect of appeal by CMs in the states, I have little idea about the appeal of our PM is working in some central organizations where corruption has been controlled and lots of things are changing for betterment. I think that the governments of India must make more efforts and the movements, must be started at the right time with both preventive and positive measures.motivating the people for non indulging in corrupt practices, openness in talking about corruption is much needed since its a enemy of our country, transparency may not be the only preventive measure. The movement should be started from apex body of India and states and should openly be communicated with all the staff members to fight with enemy, do not think about past think about future how we can collectively fight with the enemy. तब ही तो जय हिंद कहने में और गर्व होगा। more

My theory is 'wherever interest of one or member of the public is involved and there is delay' - there is corruption or the same is a breeding ground of corruption. more
