Income tax inclusion
Rather than increasing income tax limits on existing tax payers, govt. need to identify new taxpayers. I see that no income tax is being charged from agricultural land owners. The govt. must heavily tax the farmers, agricultural land owners when they approach the Tehsil offices, Noteries, land records offices for non-agriculture of farm land, land development contracts registration between builders and land owners, sale deeds, and all sale or purchase of land related transactions, besides the land, flat, plots, transactions must be monitored for involvement of black money. more

All the bank accounts of individuals who are non income tax payers be Linked with Aadhar card and Pan card and some kind of tax estimate (as 0.5 % to 1.00 %) may be collected and a decision can be made by IT department. more

why cannot we follow western type of Free Only Govt schools with free education to all and payment only from graduation upwards.This will cure many ills of our system and education for all should be the slogan and it should be impleminted.Along with free basic education - safe drinking water and latrines to all should be implemented as early as possible ..Free medical treatment is nte next best option for the poor. Agriculture & Cultivation since last 3 decades became business by the wealthy individuals enjoying beyond Ceiling Limits . Adding to that a public authority body comprising 7 elected people, not related to govt. must be appointed on a per 1000 people to monitor the unauthorized building and construction activities taking place near urban centers. more
