Government made tax reforms by this way. 1. Till Income of rs. 5 Lac no tax, including 80 C. 2. After keep 10 %, NO any slabs. 3. If any found guilty, 50 % of all black money as a fine & 3 years prison.. 4. Avoid black money all material purchase above rs. 1000 with must be with bills. Except food items for home use only. If any found guilty prison + panalty.. 5. For Black money outside of India makes rules with fine of 60% + made for use. more

There should be only 2 income slab. First for normal citizens : i.e. 10% of the gross annual income. 2nd for rich people having annual income above 1 Crore indian rupees, slab should be 20% of the gross annual income. The low rate of slab will increase the purchasing power of common man, and consumption will increase, growth of the country will increase exponentially, there will be more voluntary disclosure and payment of taxes. There wont be any revenue loss to the government. more
