Income tax

should income tax paid by salaried person should comeback on a year to year basis post retirements !! more

AFTER READING THE COMMENTS, ARE YOU NOT CLEAR THAT WE HAVE A HELPLESS CRY OVER THE BEHAVIOURS OF ALL BANKS AND ALSO ICICI. WE BOAST AS EDUCATED BUMS INCAPABLE OF TELLING THAT CORPORATE BEHAVE PROPERLY SECONDLY, THE TAX PAYMENT BY SALARIED CLASS BEING HIGHER AND CONSITENT, WE SHALL DEMAND IT SHALL BE CHANGED AS SOCIAL SECURITY TAX . MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT INSURANCE CARE ,PENSION RETIRMENT CARE, HELP AT JOB RETRENCHMENTS , LOSS OF PAY FOR MATERNITY OR SICKNESS- SHALL BE PART OF THE SCHEME. NO CONCESSION ON TAX NEED TO BE DEMANDED more
Ideally, salaried tax payers should be entitled for monthly pension after retirement- 58 years, because we pay and benefits are given to those who have not paid any tax in their life. Those who have hidden their income OR those who fall under BPL. This word BPL is tricky as people residing on the footpaths also draw income of Rs 30000-40000 per month, no expenses like food, clothing, education, electricity, water, internet, travelling, beg for clothes, money, and eat their food, fall under BPL as they do not own a house, produce many children, do not send them to school, also do not pay tax either and resort to drinking and other forbidden habits and remain under BPL. This is the current situation in our country irrespective of any state. Need 15-20 years of concerted effort by ruling central and respective state governments to lower the BPL level. Need more social security for tax payers as well as India has become an expensive country to live in. more
This system if mandates Seizure of all Retirement Benefits including Pension , really a legitimate procedure of Royalty. Agri income on above 10 Acres Land shall be also Taxed justifying the issue of Income Tax that confined to MINIMUM EARNINGS OF A FAMILY . more
