Incomplete apartment maintenance irregularities issue
We bought flat in a apartment which is incomplete and now the original builder sold the property to another builder and this builder not providing proper maintenance services and threaten to cut and stop water supply and electricity if charges not paid.
It is very difficult situation and not able to understand how to face it. All rules and regulations are in favour of builder and developers which is very unfair. more

No law is against the logic. The MP and MLA pass law after thinking about their own future. You can approach the RERA authority by filing complaint. If the builder is at fault, RERA has very wide powers to solve your problem more
