Incorrect information in National Train Enquiry System - Reg.

Please refer the attached screen shot of National Train Enquiry System. The running status of Kovai Express shows that train will reach Arakkonam at 20.53HRS (Right Time).Status also telling that this train is crossing Chitteri at 21.02HRS. From Chitteri, train has to cross Melpakkam station and then it reaches Arakkkonam. From Chitteri it will take minimum 10 minutes to reach Arakkonam. In this condition how the information system shows that Kovai Express will reach Arakkonam at Right Time? Correct information is to be updated in the National Train Enquiry System and CRIS has to make necessary arrangements. Platform information is also not updated. Necessary arrangement is to be made to update arrival platform No. also. Arakkonam is junction station. But CRIS has denied Junction status for Arakkonam Junction for the reason unknown. more

As far as possible CRIS should give correct information to the passengers. more
