Increase in Rail Fare & Facility to Public

I would like to bring to your knowledge about the railway fare facts . Railway ministry has increase rail fare by 13%. My suggestion was before increase the Railway fare they should look for the facility they are providing to public.
1) Make sure that Trains are running on Time. (Presently some trains are running more than 6hrs late)
2) Train and Platform are neat and clean. These place should look like hygienic.( Including railway track of long distance train)
3) Security of Passengers and their belongings.
4) Basic facility of sanitation on plat forms and long distance train.
5) Quality of Food available on long journey trains and platforms. more

Hello Sir, We Accepted This 13% Rise But Monthly Pass rate are 140 % increase so this is not acceptable more

For last 8-10 years, I have saved lots of money by saving ELECTRICITY of compartment,by SWITCHING OFF PASSAGE FANS in train when few people were standing on foot board and enjoying fresh air.....From MIRA Road to VIRAR.(when train was not crowded) more

When one or two people are standing on foot board and taking fresh air.There is no need of passage fan to be SWITCHED ON.There should be specific announcement in train asking commuters to SWITCH OFF the PASSAGE fans that are not REQUIRED by STANDING PEOPLE. If govt. has increased the fares,why to drain the hard earned money into waste. more
