Increasing Freight Loading by 15% - Citizen Inputs

Dear Railways Circle Members:

Railways is looking at increasing its Freight Loading by 15% in 2015-2016

This is quite a significant challenge as year over year this increase has been in the 3-5% range.

We would like to seek inputs from all of you at the same time if you have any ideas on how Railways can achieve this objective.

We look forward to your inputs!
