Independence of judiciary not negotiable-CJI Hindustan times dt 14.09.2014.

My earnest appeal to Cji regarding his above statement is to clarify following point. Does this independence he advocates include freedom to do injustice, to delay and deny justice,to ignore the material facts on record, to selectively take and ignore facts on record to suit the judgement he wants to give.
If not I appeal to him to institute a commission of inquiry to probe and prosecute every authority that has erred in their constitutional duties mentioned in my letter to your office dated 12.06.2013, an open appeal for justice in public interest I with subject Karnataka high court, not a place to seek justice, a place to provide livelyhood to lawyers and judges.and an appeal for justice in public interest II additional information dated 03.08.2013, including the 2 judges of karnataka high court and cheif justice of karnataka.
copy of the same are also sent to bar association and registrar of supreme court.
This appeal is to all the legal fraternity to think over and uphold justice. more

I fully agree with your contention that is why i have sought the clarification. when the appointments are flawed this type of aberrations takes place. my simple question is as cji has my complaint is it not his duty to look into it. the case if investigated properly will bring out skeletons from every govt department, rbi, irda, sebi etc. more
In India the justice perhaps means to ensure lavish style of living for the Advocates and the Judges, nothing else. If this is ensured independence to the judiciary is intact. more
Whatever the CJI is talking is fine We are more concerned with the Judicial system ie how fast judgement can be pronounced & implemented He the CJI must address the ills in the system rather than questioning the GOI on the why things are not being implemented CJI must have the GOI as a facilitator for the smooth functioning of the Judicial System Implementation is the responsibility of the CJI more
he was talking about the appoint procedure for high court / supreme judges in which change is brought by govenment more
