We had a change in the pay scale by the grade system introduced in the 6th pay commission. Instead of fighting for OROP why not they take step to differentiate the old pension payment to be followed for soldiers who are not able to go for any other job and new pension scheme for the officers. In 6th pay commission they have introduced IDA and CDA, my question is managers in top levels are also facing the problems when they are compelled to pass the load are they coming under Industrial pay. Where as few of the administrative seats employees work with no pressure why do they need IDA. According to me employees who are put in trouble are to be safe guarded but the IDA scheme as made difference in pay scale resulting in increase in salary. As it really helped the people who are facing risk in industrial areas. more
I am a soldier of India. I was so involved in my work, that my Wife left for someone else, and took away our 4 year old Daughter. Today I stand in Court asking back my Daughter. But the law is heavily skewed towards the Lady. Needless to say, my marriage or my nation, was my choice of pick, and I chose the later. Can my nation help me today ? more
We need to support our soldiers. Without them we will be destroyed. All of us. more
