Attached is a BA.5 update from Thailand.India must take BA.5 very seriously. If thais say it is worse the HIV in terms of spread and worse than delta, we have a very big problem at hand.

Except some members of the Local Circles, majority Indians have learnt to live along with Covid by now. They know by now that virus would stay for long in one or other form and people will have to survive along with it alike other fatal diseases. Hence there is no point in making hue & cry. more

It means people have moved on from covid (cold cough fever), with 1% mortality heavily skewed towards the old and immuno compromised. It can also mean that people believe in the vaccines they took (good for them). The question is why are some people still not able to let go!! Has the coronavirus infiltrated their brains? more
