Breakfast must include multiple items like. Water soaked Almonds, Fruits, Carbohydrates like upma/poha/paratha etc, then milk etc. Non vegetarian can use Eggs etc. more
I don't know what you've been eating, but Indian breakfast that I have had, seen or known doesn't have much of carbs and sugar. Plus it is the most important meal of the day that will help us get around the day. However, I agree with late dinner but again that depends on circumstances. more
dont agree its one's choice only if one prefers eating carbs he/she gets that not otherwise eating poha, upama,( with good amount of veggies) sabji roti(multi grain) salad and fruits ,dal and rice , how can this diet contain only sugar and carbs more
Food systems are under increasing pressure to decarbonize. Invisible gases impacts everyday life with food. Some of the gases (beside refrigeration) helps not only in maintaining food quality longer but also helps avoid food going to waste. more
I agree with the two posters. Modern India has bad habits inherited from the West with its pretense. Indian traditions best in the world. There are still people who follow that but their number declining drowned out by all the pseudo modern diets and fads. more
