Indian Oil Petrol Pump

Hi everyone. I've had a very good customer service experience with Indian Oil thus wish to share it with you. I recently visited a pump and asked for Free Air. The pump was functional but the person there said no it's not. Then said the person responsible for the job is not here. I left. I reported it to Indian Oil grievance redressal site. Today I received calls from 4 levels of Indian Oil officials apologising deeply and asking for all the details that I faced. Lastly the pump manager called me and assured me of the best of service next time I visit the pump. It is to be noted that all the officials introduced themselves cordially and asked me to save their contacts and just give a ring if I face any issue across any pump of Indian Oil moving forward. I am Astonished and quite happy with the experience hence shared. more

This is Good. But many a times you do not get any response, specially if it is a Complaint. more
Sir, I got the response. It was truly shocking. I even shared the petrol pump location through WhatsApp to a senior officer. That was the level of support and efforts I received. more
The Petrol pumps are avoiding to receive complaints. more
Please complain on the dedicated portal of the Indian Oil or any other. Let me know if you are having any issues with finding the appropriate site. more
In an atmosphere, where a common man has to stirke hos head against the wall to get his grievance solved, such incisence is like a breez of cold air during a terrible hot day. more
Indeed sir. Truly humbled by their support. more
Thanks for sharing the experience. more
It was such an unusual experience. I couldn't stop myself. more
It is a bad habit on the part of service station that, on complaint in writing they become polite and come forward for service which is otherwise should have been provided as a DUTY. more
True sir. But we as a consumer should make sure the responsible authorities are aware of such issues. I'm sure they'd make efforts to stop more such issues. more
