Indian Political system

Nowadays too many posts making rounds on demonetization, lots of reviews, results ,difficulties etc. are discussed in such posts. One of was on political system. India is moving towards 2 parties system like UK & US..I really don't know if it can happen in our country but I definitely feel we must overhaul or political system..its high time that we have good leaders who leads our country in right direction and for that we require good leaders educated ones, here I am not talking highly educated but at least he /she should capable enough to work with IAS & other officers who are key to make & change policies. The party fund /donation should be accountable & the party worker should be paid salary. The functioning of such entity/party should be like any other public or private entity. It can be under election commission of India and all the activities should be under its observation. This will reduce majority of corruption. more

Sarma Ji do you name any IAS, IPS,CAs in India those are working as Selfless. more
Hello! SURABHI ENGINEER , I appreciate your eagle-eye view over Indian Political system . On the ground zero , " Disparity " between the ideologies of the political parties is responsible for the lack of 2-Party system . But then , political parties have begun to take the intermediate route of " Alliances " thereby reducing themselves to the current 3-Party system chiefly known as National Democratic Alliance (NDA) , United Progressive Alliance (UPA) and Third Front (India). Now , the crux of the matter is elimination of ideological disparities inhibiting multi-party system in India with multiple political parties across the political spectrum mushroomed . My solution will be as follows . As per the Education known as Political Science , a National Commission of Senior working Professors should be appointed by the President of India on contract basis to research into the intensity of the disparities dividing the ideologies of the political parties to decide upon whether such a division is in consonance with the existing Political Science Faculty or not besides whether such a division is giving birth to a new Political Science Faculty . Economics should not be merged with Political Science Faculty which is what usually happening in India and that's why , India has not yet matured to achieve the 2-Party Code of political discipline , according to me . more
For the beginning let there is to be two alliances only to contest in state and central elections. They are to announce common minimum programmes for development in the next 5 years. Let the public voting be for any one of the alliances. Voting has to be made compulsory for the public. The alliance getting more percentage of votes, form a Government and elect their representatives among themselves. The opposition should have a shadow cabinet to follow their activity and discuss in the assemblies. The representatives may be rotated according to their performance by the Prime Minister or Chief Minister or by the parties themselves. Finally public should have rate the performance of each and every minister and that of the alliances and recommend for change in the persons. To sum up elections are to be policy based and not personality based. more
In my opinion , leadership be allowed to only those possess Social Conduct & Selfless Candidature being non convict since there has been a vital diversification after taking Educated in this campaign during the last 3 decades . The IAS , IPS , CAs etc., were well utilized by these since then and gone to its heights during the last decade . more
