Indians are best performers as an individual, but not as a team. Cite an example, while Indians are successful as software engineers’, doctors, but are not that successful as construction managers and leaders of the industry where team work is needed need to be improve.
Energy is being wasted in India in many ways..…
• Children and student energy wasted due to improper education facilities and lack of good infrastructure.
• Farmers energy is being wasted of lack of awareness about new forming methods, lack of infrastructure viz. irrigation projects, uninterrupted power, quality seeds & fertilizers.
• Youth are wasting their time due to unemployment and underemployment / job mismatch.
• Employee’s energy is being wasted because of the lack of team spirit, commitment, duplication of the work, poor working and living conditions. Poor infrastructure facilities making people to wasted their time & energy in travels / traffic jams.
• Bureaucrats are investing additional energy due to outdated technology and executing responsibilities with fear of CVC / CAG and spend most of the time in dealing to avoid / tackle CVC, CAG instead putting the energy to nation building for which they are being paid.
• Politicians spending their energy in vote bank politics to please public with attractive schemes, provoking the cast, regional and communal feelings instead of nation building, future vision, development and progressive activities.
• Auditing and investigation agencies such as CAG, are more in to postmortem of corruption issues rather than suggesting corrective measures / interfering / guiding. Such as, lack of motivation, lack of determination, prodigious mindset of bureaucracy, delay in project planning and implementation, Pending clearances and unsettle disputes.
• Planning commission energy is being wasted as they are not able to ensure on time project planning and commission. They should also regulate under quote bids besides over quotes by evolving appropriate system.
• In India next to agriculture it is construction industry which is providing livelihood to the large portion of the people. Huge work force such as unskilled, skilled, non-technical, technical is being ideal and their energy is being wasted because of the delay in planning and implementation of the projects. more

Continuing from above govt can raise money for investments from public but with assured returns.we should move away from concept of public making money for govt to govt making money for citizens. By making profitable investments of money raised by citizens. more
Tax: money accumulated by income tax is the source of majority of corruption in our country.be it public or business or babus or politicians. Lets understand tax system first. If a salaried person earn 100 rs tax of upto 30 rs is deducted at source after paying tax if i have to use the left 70rs it is again taxed at every transaction made be it spending in a hotel or buying a shaving blade or even paying my bills. Service tax multiple cess etc so in actual for every 100rs we earn we will onlu use 50rs or less for our selves and family.why cant the govt and all govt owned assets all the govt departments be it defence water supply railways etc make profits to fill the national tresury ? We should get away from non profit orgsnisations first and abolish income tax on individuals.items like tooth paste or a meficine are taxed with same amount for a under poverty line daily wages labor and to owner of a multi billion company ! Increase tax for businesses but remove tax for individuals and raise money from all govt assets be it leasing govt owned lands or railways or nuclear plants and all govt departments fron police to defense. Even if govt cant manage assets at profit and let go of income tax for individuals atleast should let the tax payer know where is his tax contribution utilized.make movement of tax money transparant to stamp corruption. more
