I have BSNL landline+internet combo connection in Baroda, Gujarat. About 6 months ago, BSNL stopped sending monthly bills. Complaint was lodged with their Race Course, Vadodara ( Gujarat ) office as everytime had to go get the amount & pay forcefully the amount indicated by BSNL without knowing details & correctness of the Bill as to how much internet was used or how many calls made. Last month, I went upto Accounts office with request for physical bills & their reply was that they are sending & that I should check with Post Office. I then wrote e-mails to BSNL, local, Ahmedabad & Appeallate mail IDs given in BSNL web-site, clearly pointing out that I'll pay my Bills only after receipt of the Bill. The only effect is that BSNL stopped 'outgoing' & 'internet' on my phone since July 25th, 2015. I made alternative arrangements with private companies & no longer need BSNL. But then this high-handedness has to be effectively dealt with. These PSUs without any work culture, responsibility, Target orientation & above all INFLATED EGO + safe jobs results in "no customer service". Can somebody please advise details of some responsible authority where I can write for corrective action. Thanks Incidentally, I found BSNL, Race Course Circle, Vadodara office absolutely filthy, few mm dust on cupboards, files, garbage all around etc., stinking & strewn with all sorts of materials incl. plastics, papers, - obviously they don't even care about Modi's swatchhata abhiyan. more  
I WOULD BE DOUBLY HAPPY IF THIS GROUP STARTED BY SRI GUPTA IS ALSO " GRACIOUS ENOUGH " TO ACCEPT SOME FAULTS OF AN " EXCELLENT BRAND " LIKE NARENDRA MODI TO IMPROVE HIS GOVERNANCE....!!!... since I find that many adverse/critical comments about some nministries are DELETED ..!!!... There can be no doubt in a large section of the Indian and world population that THIS MODI GOVERNMENT SHOULD SUCCEED ...!!!... more
