Eat light food .stop heavy foods , fried foods , pizas , red meat eat more green leafy vegetables, cut down tea , coffee .You can take a spoonful of isabgol with two glass of warm water , dont eat sweet and icecreams cakes etc at night,do exercise at least 30 minutes and don't eat while watching TV , eat before 8.00 pm , Daily walk at least 15000 steps.Morning walk is better for digestion/ to improve metabolic activities. Drink warm water boiled with ginger. Go for enema say once in a fortnight for 2/3 months. Take castrol one spoon during bed time for a week or gandharva haritaki tablets as per your needs(1 to 2 tablets or haritaki churn for a week )to improve evacuation.
