Thank you for so many responses on my post about how Indigo employees harassed a customer. The story doesnt end there.
Indigo Management instead of firing the assaulters instead fire the whistleblower who raised the flag. Shame on you Aditya Ghosh and Rahul Bhatia. The whistle blowers wife is 4 months pregnant. Nothing should come in the way of you and profitability. more

This particular video should be televised nationally, so that people of India can see & bycott this airline indigo. Low profit will make them humble. I have starting video where this gentleman is trying to board the bus with his wife. Bus has lot of space & these staff in some argument with this gentleman stops him from climbing the bus & asks driver to shut the doors. That is rude behavior of staff. Both should be punished more

Whatever the provocation the staff should not have assaulted the customer. It is hard to believe some of the versions and the one given by Indigo there are a few missing links such as the video was shot by someone else and the person who claimed to have went public was the offender does not fit. Indigo should aplogise to the public in public for the incident if they are to come clean and ofcourse the two erring officials should be terminated. more
